Application:

• Universal. Fit any 38mm turbo manifold wastegate port.

Specification:

• The V-Band flanges make installation pain free, the three lower & two upper air ports make connecting pressure sources and boost controllers easy.

• Stainless Steel actuator spring gives consistent pressure at high temperature, resist ''relaxing'' at temperature to 900F (483C).

• Ultra compact design fits in very tight spaces, the unit stands only 3.8'' tall, more compact than any other external wastegate on the market today.

• Wastegates provide a means to control the boost pressure of the turbo charged engine. Wastegates work to bypass exhaust flow from the turbine wheel.

• Bypassing the exhaust flow reduces the power driving the turbine wheel to match the power required for a given boost level. Similar to the BOV, the Wastegates uses boost pressure and spring force to regulate the flow bypassing the turbine.

• Bbolted to exhaust manifold or header, the advantage of external Wastegates is that the bypassed flow can be reintroduced into the exhaust stream further downstream of the turbine.

• This tends to improve the turbine's performance.

• Inlet Flange: 1.75'' OD, Outlet Flange: 1.50'' OD.
